Our Story

It all started in March of 2020. Our family was home everyday and every night as the world went to virtual due to the pandemic, COVID-19. We knew we needed something to keep up busy and distracted. We cooked every night LIVE on Facebook for 110 night in a row. We made amazing chocolate desserts and traditional Italian dishes (Spaghetti Carbonara, Gnocchi from scratch and Cannoli). We realized that we had a following when the eggplant parmesan video got over 500 views. People were bored and wanted be entertained and learn about food. We turned the first 50 videos into a self published cookbook. We are proud to say we donated all the profits, $1,000, to the Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale to aid those battling breast cancer. This was a way to thank you to Smilow as they supported Maria in her 2017 breast cancer diagnosis. Now they are back and its all about Christmas desserts. We are celebrating Christmas early with 25 days of Christmas cookies and deserts.
