In a time of social distancing, we used this play on words: "Don't Crowd the Pan". One of the first lessons Andrew learned was if you put too many items in a pan the temperature would drop. "Don't Crowd the Pan" was a favorite term in the kitchen as we fried pizzas and made delicious nutella filled donuts. This cookbook is filled with family recipes. It includes fun appetizers like Jalapeno poppers and buffalo chicken dip, amazing Italian cuisine Cacio e Pepe and Pasta Fagioli, along with luscious desserts like Nutella ice cream and Bamboloni! ALL proceeds from the sale of this book will go to the Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven Health to aid those battling breast cancer as a way to thank them for helping Maria during her breast cancer diagnosis.
